Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based in Pittsburgh, PA. For any locations outside of Pittsburgh there is a traveling fee of .75 cents per mile, round trip
When will I receive my photos?
Headshots: 5-7 days from the date of the session.
Portrait Sessions: Up to 2 weeks from the date of the session.
Branding Photography: 2-3 weeks from the date of the session.
Event Photography: 2-3 weeks from the date of the session.
How do I know which editing tier is right for my photo?
Basic is ideal when your photo only needs light adjustments. Enhanced is recommended when you want a more polished, refined result with detailed retouching. Pro is designed for photos that need extensive editing, creative changes, or a complete transformation. If you're unsure, send your photo and I'll recommend the best option for the result you're looking for.
Can you remove people, objects, or distractions from my photo?
Yes. Unwanted people, objects, background distractions, and other elements can often be removed or altered.
Do your prints come framed?
Prints are sold unframed, giving you the flexibility to choose a frame and presentation style that bests fit your space.
Can I order a custom size that isn't listed?
Possibly. If you're looking for a size that isn't included in the standard options, send me an inquiry and I'll let you know what's available.
What happens if there is inclement weather on the day of our session?
We will reschedule your session. I am not a fan of inclement weather interfering with shoots, however, it can happen. We will find another date together.
What if something comes up and I need to reschedule?
I understand that things come up. Just let me know as soon as possible, and we'll work together to find a new date. Your retainer can be transferred with at least 48 hours notice.
Can you edit photos taken on a phone or an older camera?
Absolutely. Professional editing can bring a new life to photos from phone, older cameras, or previous photo sessions. The quality of the original image will determine how far an edit can be taken.
Can you edit photos taken by another photographer?
Yes, as long as you have permission to have the images edited. If you're unsure about usage or editing rights, check with the original photographer before submitting your photos.
How long will it take to receive my print?
Turnaround depends on print production and shipping time. Once your order is placed, I'll keep you updated and provide tracking information when it ships
How do I choose which photo I want as a print?
Browse the Travel and Landscapes section on my website, then send me a message describing the image you're interested in. If needed, you can also send me a screenshot so I can make sure I have the right photograph
